Some Local Resources & Information for Coping with Covid-19.

 

The Lenox Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center is temporarily closed to the public due to Covid-19 health concerns. Below you will find information for the town of Lenox that may help address immediate needs, as well as some additional resources. This list is not comprehensive. Please contact individual businesses you may not see listed here. Our community members, local businesses and Massachusetts organizations have come together in significant ways to help our community during this time. Thank you!

 

Food

 

The Lenox Meal Delivery Hotline is 413.637.4787. Volunteers are delivering 1 meal per day, free of charge, to any Lenox resident in need.

Loeb’s Foodtown of Lenox, 413.637.0270, is open Mon.-Fri., 7-7, and Sundays, 7-6. They have hot food ready for takeout & offer free delivery during business hours.

The Olde Heritage Tavern in Lenox is offering takeout 7 days a week, and has frozen meals available as well. Order online: theheritagetavern.com

Haven Cafe & Bakery: Email them at havencafebakery@gmail.com and ask about their weekly supper club.

Nejaime’s Wine Cellars, 413.637.2221, is offering free local delivery in the Berkshire County area. They can also do curbside service for takeout orders. Open Mon-Sat, 9-9, Sundays, 11-6.

Services

 

The Lenox Library has compiled a list of resources in several categories, including activities for kids and links to enjoy music and art online.

Lenox Village Pharmacy, 413.637.4700, has CHANGED its hours. They will be open 9-5, Mon.-Fri., and closed on weekends.

Blue Spark Financial is offering Free Financial Advice with a weekly Zoom meeting, Tuesdays at 4:30 pm. No question too small. Contact Maura at postoffice@bluesparkfinancial.com.

Caligari’s Hardware in Lenox, 413-637-0488, is open Mon.-Sat., 7:30-5:30 and Sun. 9-3.

Green Spaces

 

As with all open spaces, please practice social distancing and respect the visitation rules of the green space or sanctuary.

The Mount, Home of Edith Wharton in Lenox, is keeping its grounds open to the public (the house is closed until May 9) seven days a week, dawn to dusk.
Please use the Rte. 7 entrance near the gatehouse.

The Berkshire United Way has set up an Emergency Fund that you can donate to to help with the Covid-19 response.
