Hi Vendors!!

Our market location is St. Anne’s Church – 134 Main Street in Lenox. The market hours are Fridays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, May 22 – Sept 11. I will be on site starting at 8:30 each week. You may load in anytime that works for you as long as you’re set up by 11:00. NO ONE BREAKS DOWN UNTIL 3:00. Please make sure that nothing is left behind when you leave.

There’s no front or back to the market. Shoppers will be coming from the sidewalk by Main Street and they’ll be coming from the parking lot in the back.

PARKING & LOAD IN

We have two places to load in. When you turn into St. Anne’s, you can pull over to the right side of the road, park and unload or you can go straight back to the parking lot and unload from there.

If you’ve pulled over to the right side, please unload as quickly as possible. Other vendors will be waiting for your space so they can unload too.

After you unload, please move your car to the back of the parking lot: BEFORE YOU PUT UP YOUR TENT! NO EXCUSES! YOUR FOOD WILL NOT

PERISH IN THE SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME IT TAKES TO PARK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU  PUT UP YOUR TENT.

If this is a problem for anyone, please talk to me about it.

Weights

Weights for your tent are a must! We almost lost a few tents last season due to the wind. There’s nothing more dangerous than a flying tent in a crowd of people. You cannot set up your tent without weights! The thin metal stakes and the disks don’t work. Your weights should be no less than 30 lbs. each. Keep reading for suggestions.

IF NOT ABLE TO ATTEND A MARKET

If you can’t show up for a market, please let me know by Wednesday of that week. If it’s an emergency and you can’t show up on the day of the market, please call or text me on my cell phone and not by email.  Rain is not a reason to cancel.  If we are already at the market, I can be reached on my cell at 413-822-7428

RAIN

The market goes on rain or shine. Everyone is expected to show up. If the rain is so bad that it’s not safe to have the market and we need to cancel, I will send out an email by 8:00 AM.

FOOD VENDORS

Please make sure you have your permits up to date before the market starts. Please contact tri-town: (413) 243-5540   jim@tritownhealth.org

OTHER INFORMATION

We will have 2 hot spots on the grounds for those of you who take credit cards.

The porta potty will be at the beginning of the parking lot, right behind the stone wall.

The trash can will be near the food truck by the sidewalk.

Each vendor is responsible for bringing your own tent, tables, chairs, etc.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you think I forgot something!!
